How much space do I need for this inflatable?
The Bluey Disco Bouncy Castle requires enough room for the castle itself plus additional space around the sides and back for safe access. Overall you'll need 22ft of length with 14ft of width. If you are unsure whether it will fit in your garden or chosen venue, feel free to send us a photo or measurements and we will check for you.
Can this bouncy castle be used indoors?
Yes. This is a medium height inflatable that fits comfortably in most community halls, sports centres and church venues. It is one of our most popular indoor options. The height varies between models, with one being 9.5ft, whilst the other one is 10.5ft.
Does the disco system come included?
Yes. The disco ball and Bluetooth speaker system are built in as standard. You can connect your phone or tablet to play any playlist you like.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain is usually fine, but heavy rain or strong winds may force cancellation for safety. We always monitor the weather and will contact you if conditions are unsuitable. Indoor bookings are not affected by weather.
How long is the outside hire period?
Standard hire is for the full day. We deliver in the morning and collect later in the afternoon from 5pm or 6pm. Exact times depend on your location and our route for the day.
Do you clean the inflatable?
Yes. Every inflatable is cleaned and sanitised before and after each hire. We take pride in providing safe, fresh and well presented equipment for every customer.
Can adults use this bouncy castle?
No. This inflatable is designed for children only. Adult use can damage the castle and is not permitted under our insurance.
