- Always have a responsible adult supervising the inflatable at all times.
- Limit the numbers on the bouncy castle.
- Don't mix older and younger children.
- Remove shoes, glasses, and jewellery before play.
- Never bounce on the front step, it’s for getting on and off only.
- No somersaults, flipping or acrobatic activities.
- keep the safety mats at the entrance and ensure all anchor points have not moved.
- Do not use the inflatable in expected winds gust above 24 mph or in heavy rain.

Payments and cancellation policy.
A deposit may be needed for your bookings if you are a new customer. Payment can be made by cash, PayPal, or bank transfer on delivery.
You can cancel at any time. However, if you cancel within 14 days of the hire date, any deposit paid will be forfeited.
In the event of heavy rain or high winds, we will cancel for safety and reimburse your deposit.
