Please refrain from texting or calling a couple of days before asking 'is my booking OK for this weekend'? Our system is fully automated and if you've received the booking confirmation email (when you booked) then you are booked in. You'll receive a text the day before your booking with your 30 min delivery slot.
We are the only local hire company with a proud 100% delivery rate, so we won't let you or your kids down. See our review here.
Phone and message response times⏱️
- Phone hours: 9am–9pm. Preferred call window: 11am–8pm.
- We aim to reply to all text messages within 60 minutes (excluding weekends).
- Landline calls are not always monitored since we moved to a fully online booking system.
- If calling on Saturday or Sunday, please call or text the mobile number only.
Booking and Quotes
Most customers ring asking for a quote or to book, however, prices and bookings are all done online. To check cost or book a bouncy castle, select a product and choose your postcode from the drop-down menu to see any delivery charge. Exceptions are made only for late-minute or unique bookings.
- If you received a booking confirmation email at the time of booking, you are confirmed. No further action is required.
